I am committed to helping my clients transform their lives from engaging in unconscious self-sabotage to mindfully living their dreams. My clients have struggled under the weight of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and compulsive behaviors. They include individuals, couples, and families with issues of personal potential, boundaries, relationships, and parenting. I have developed expertise in treating codependency and have a growing professional clientele who are interested in increasing their performance while maintaining balance in other areas of life.
