Life presents us with obstacles. Some of these challenges originate in our past while others unexpectedly arise in our present. These obstacles often leave us in a state of despair, which we may experience as grief, fear or simply, "stuck". These challenges when properly analyzed, hold opportunities for self-awareness and personal growth. In our sessions, we will draw from evidence based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho-dynamic Therapy and Positive Psychology. Psychotherapy provides us with the insight to understand our situation and the perspective and skills to discover opportunities and choices that were previously unavailable.
