As a therapist, with over 7 years of experience in social work, the rapport I build with my clients instills a comfortability and confidence that my approach and systems work. I meet clients where they are and allow them to reach their own resolve, with guidance. I help clients transition less from extreme perspectives towards more positive mindsets when internalizing experiences. At Behavioral Health Counseling our therapists provide evidenced-based, goal-oriented treatment to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
