Reaching out for therapy can feel scary, lonely, and confusing. I’m here to support you through that process. I hope to help you reach a space where you can feel more at ease, flexible, strong, and fulfilled. I work with children, teens, adults, and families. I have specialty working with those navigating trauma, family and other relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, identity questions, or a sense of feeling stuck or out of control in life.
