I believe that in order to find the root of your symptoms, you need a safe place to do so. My main goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my patients. Patients will not allow themselves to go to a vulnerable place if they do not feel safe. Once patients feel safe, they are able to manage symptoms and process the root of the symptoms.
