Whether you are grappling with anxiety and/or depression, struggling to make important decisions, or want to shed what no longer serves you, together we can make sense of it. It would be my honor to get to know the authentic you; alternative relationships, consensual/ethical non-monogamy, geeky hobbies, gaming, streaming, hiking, and other important aspects of your world. I have fifteen years of combined education and clinical experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan in a variety of settings. My specialties include working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and adhd. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative.
