I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, California working via telehealth. I am of Mexican ethnic background; I speak Spanish fluently. I work with adults ages 18 and up and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. I utilize practical techniques to help my clients begin their healing journey and build a more positive authentic life.
