Therapy is about being curious. Exploring thoughts, feelings, experiences, and how they intersect. From which you may feel a more grounded sense of self. I will sit in those heavy emotions with you without trying to immediately fix, solve, or change you. Just accept and validate and be with you before we do any change talk. My hope is for you to heal your relationship with yourself if you've stopped believing in or liking yourself.
