I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. My holistic approach creates a safe, non-judgmental space that honors mind, body, and spirit. As someone who has experienced loss firsthand, I have a deep understanding of grief, the search for meaning, and the courage it takes to rebuild life after loss. I also work with clients exploring issues related to identity, self-esteem, and relationships, drawing on my training as an AASECT certified sexuality educator (CSE). I believe that understanding and embracing one’s body and relationships is a vital part of emotional well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
