Thank you for your interest! My ideal client is ready to try new things with an open mind, and be met with compassion, transparency, and curiosity. I specialize in music therapy with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I also have many years of experience working with children. I approach my clinical work by working with you to explore your life history, identify the presenting concern, and then develop a plan. We will use music throughout as a tool to help manage current and future stressors.
