Every life is a story. We are each the hero of our own story. Every day, we face challenges and make decisions. Some of us are better at navigating the challenges and making thoughtful decisions than others. As a therapist, my role is to support those who need it in navigating challenges that may seem daunting. I want to help you identify and access the tools that enable you to live life heroically and in a wholesome, healthy way. It is a role that I am passionate about. Our first session will include brief introductions, followed by a discussion of the issue(s) that have brought you to therapy. I will gather historical/background information that helps me get a better understanding of who you are. We will identify treatment goals.
