Hi! I'm looking to work with people like you, who are stuck in the chaos of daily life. Maybe it looks like struggling to talk to your partner or parents. Or you find yourself barely able to respond to texts or calls. Or have trouble identifying what you are feeling, leading to feeling overwhelm. My goal is to give you the tools to be able to engage in a way that doesn't lead to avoidance or burnout, but instead leaves you feeling equipped to manage what matters. My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed but after working together they experience increased clarity and willingness to engage in a more sustainable manner. I work with adults in individual or couple sessions. I offer a variety of modalities and lenses, including systemic and attachment lenses. I find it most useful to talk about what your needs are first before trying to fit a modality that doesn't make sense for you. Therapy isn't a one size fits all, you deserve specialization.
