I currently have afternoon & evening openings at a well-established group practice and welcome individuals of all ages seeking support for anxiety, panic, early life experiences, school stress, or simply a safe space to feel heard. My approach is holistic and person-centered, grounded in warmth, respect, curiosity, and genuine human connection. I offer a nonjudgmental, down-to-earth presence, and believe that therapy works best when built on trust. As a Master's level intern therapist, I offer fresh knowledge of current research, up-to-date training, and supportive supervision.
