I have some late afternoons available and would be glad to support children, individuals and couples who are seeking a calm, grounded, and welcoming space to begin therapy. I strive to offer a space where you can show up just as you are. I create a space for children to express themselves, explore feelings and develop healthier coping strategies. With individuals, I help you make sense of your emotions, explore identity, and understand how trauma and past experiences shape your relationships. With couples, I provide a neutral space to improve communication and connection, and work through challenges with more clarity and care.
