My name is Stacey Lester and i'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. In my 20 years of experience in mental health counseling, i have helped a number of individuals, young and old to work through several situations from divorce, abuse, tragedies, and normal stress from day to day life. I focus on the individual and what is best depending on their situation and work on techniques and skills that would most benefit them through the counseling process. My approach to therapy honors each individual's unique circumstances as I work with them to build a practical plan for achieving positive change and growth.
