I specialize in Gottman Method couples therapy and marriage counseling, helping partners break painful cycles, improve communication, and rebuild trust and connection — including recovery after infidelity and long-term conflict. I also provide individual therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, along with counseling for children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
