I deeply value the opportunity to walk alongside women and caregivers as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and family life. I am a UC Davis Napa Infant–Parent Mental Health Fellow and PMHC-certified provider through Postpartum Support International, dedicated to supporting mothers during pregnancy and postpartum. I offer culturally responsive, compassionate care that honors the emotional shifts of motherhood while nurturing the mother–infant relationship. My work focuses on helping moms feel heard, supported, and less alone as they build confidence, strengthen connection with their baby, and move toward healing.
