Sometimes we need support to find the best way forward in our relationship to ourself, our peers, our colleagues, or our loved ones. I have 12 years of specialized experience working with adolescents and their families to address problematic sexual behaviors. In my current practice I focus on adolescents, adults & couples. I am EMDR Trained, having completed an EMDRIA approved EMDR Basic Training. EMDR is a valuable tool for addressing challenges related to trauma and adverse experiences.
