As a therapist I utilize an integrative approach to assist parents, couples, children, teens and families to overcome stressors and reach their goals. Over the course of my career in practice, I have worked with children ages 3-18 and adults 18 years and up. In addition, I have served couples in any stage of their relationship, and have extensive experience serving military and first responder families in a multitude of settings.
