I believe that psychotherapy is a process that affords the opportunity to reflect on what is and what is not working in your life. My approach is tailored to the individual. I will take an active role in working to identify what your issues are and what may be helpful to address them. The therapeutic relationship is a central part of my work and I emphasize creating a safe and comfortable environment in which self-exploration may flourish.
