Through that you may doubt yourself, give more than you receive, or feel stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who you truly are. Therapy can offer a safe, compassionate place to slow down, be seen, and gently reconnect with yourself. Together, we can honor your story, lighten your load, and explore who you are beyond the habits that have carried you for so long. I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, rooted in multicultural and feminist perspectives. Using IFS, DBT, and CBT, I help clients understand themselves, navigate big emotions, and build healthier relationships. Therapy with me is genuine, compassionate, and empowering. I also like to incorporate humor and real life examples to take the edge off.
