About
Admitting we need help can be one of the hardest first steps. It takes courage to say, “I can’t do this alone,” and even more to trust someone with your story. My goal is to make that step feel less overwhelming by creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and centered on your unique journey. Therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely heard and valued, when there’s room to explore both the pain and the possibility, and when progress unfolds through curiosity, compassion, and collaboration instead of pressure or judgment. I provide evidence-based support to individuals and families using a person-centered approach. I also support families managing communication struggles, behavior issues, and school-related stress. I especially enjoy helping parents and caregivers strengthen their connection with their children.
