We’ll explore your life experiences, your strengths, and the beliefs that shape your world. I’m passionate about helping you build self-awareness and reclaim the power to steer your own life. I don’t expect you to fit into a box—therapy is about you and how we can co-create a path forward that feels authentic and empowering. There’s no "right" way to do this, I believe healing and growth happens in the real moments.
