My name is Stephanie and I am a bilingual associate marriage and family therapist (English / Spanish). I provide a warm, supportive space to navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and the everyday challenges that come from being human. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of support; I am here to help you make sense of things and move forward with more clarity and confidence. I believe that therapy does not have to be reserved for a crises as it can always be a space for self-reflection, growth, and healing.
