What if the right support could change everything? Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially for children and teens who may not be able to express their struggles. As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, I create a supportive space where clients of all ages, especially those between 4 and 18—can feel heard, valued, and understood. I incorporate approaches such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy, but I believe it is essential to work collaboratively with each client to discover what resonates best with them.
