I view therapy as the process of planting seeds of change, where each session lays the foundation for growth & transformation. Just as a seed needs time, care, & the right environment to sprout and flourish, personal change requires patience, understanding, &a supportive space to develop. In therapy, we work together to nurture the growth of new insights, perspectives, & coping strategies that can take root & eventually lead to lasting, positive change. This process isn’t always immediate, but through consistent support & collaboration, these seeds gradually grow into meaningful shifts in thoughts, behaviors, & emotional well-being.
