I believe that we all want to feel respected, valued, significant and safe. So much of our pain and confusion comes from our own (often subconscious) attempts to find this sense of security. While these attempts have helped us make it this far, they often prevent us from living the life we truly long for. I would love to help you uncover your own path toward healing so that you can do just that! I consider it an honor to be trusted by my clients with as much of their story and self as they are willing to share. We are so often dismissed by our loved ones, co-workers, and even ourselves, which makes it difficult to know where to begin.
