I love working with clients who are curious about themselves. Anxiety, depression, perfectionism, spirituality, relationship issues and self acceptance are some of the areas I work in. I see adolescents through adulthood. Life has many transitions, twists and turns. I enjoying being part of the process as clients begin to connect pieces of life and reframe the negative narratives they once believed into empowerment and strength.
