I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor whose mission it is to facilitate the integration of the head and the heart through the therapeutic relationship, valuing of story, and the process of time. Our work will focus on establishing safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship. Next, we will examine your story and the interweaving of relationships, attachments, and hurts out of which your worldview was formed. We will uncover the unhealthy negative beliefs out of which you have been operating and empower you with the choice of what you want to do next with those beliefs.
