My goal is to help you stop making life more difficult and start making life a little better. I use a client-centered approach informed by somatic psychology, CBT, motivational interviewing, rational emotive behavior therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative exposure therapy, and trauma informed therapy to name a few.
