I believe that we are all equipped with the strength to face life's challenges, but depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and other life issues can become barriers to our natural ability to overcome obstacles. At times we can all use some support in order come through these issues. My aim as a counselor is to support you to better deal with life's challenges, while respecting you as the unique individual that you are, and incorporating holistic wellness and other evidence based techniques into a healing environment.
