Dr. Albert provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy. She has specialized training in trauma-focused modalities, cognitive-behavioral treatment for anxiety/depression, behavioral interventions for developmentally disabled populations, and supportive case management. Dr. Albert uses a strengths-based approach in unearthing patterns that undermine personal and professional growth. Dr. Albert uses a culturally informed integrated treatment model in all services provided. Therapeutic techniques are drawn from modalities that include Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral, Parent Child Interaction (PCIT) and Family Systems Therapy.
