As a Licensed Psychologist I provide individual therapy and career assessment and counseling. My approach is warm, sensitive, empathic and interpersonally focused. My mission is to provide an emotionally safe environment in which people can self-explore, work toward solving their problems and experience a sense of growth. I help people develop personal, interpersonal, and professional insight, become more self-accepting, and build on their strengths. I am warm, "down to earth," and genuine with an ability to challenge when appropriate in a safe and supportive way.
