I enjoy working with people of any age, sex, race, cultural, religious, gender identity, and socioeconomic background who are committed to improving their lives and are willing to engage in the process of change. Someone who shows up and does the work. I have much experience in helping people make lifestyle changes that involve not just leaving the problem behaviors and feelings behind, but also understanding triggers, being aware of their presence, changing their thinking, and eventually their choices.
