As a Therapist my main goal is to help others who seek a different path for their life. I understand that sometimes we each need a little support and a comfortable chair to sit in while we talk. In my virtual sessions you can drink your coffee or hot tea, relax in the comfy chair and feel free to talk in a safe space with no judgment or criticism. I have experience working with families in need of support due to Domestic Violence, anxiety, deployment and post deployment challenges. I also work with veteran caregivers as they navigate a new type of stress.
