As your therapist we are a team that together find ways to take action towards living the life you want. For forty years I have been working with adolescents and adults. I treat a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, relationship concerns, and caretaking issues. I specialize in the treatment of Eating Disorders with both male and female adolescents and adults. My integrative therapy approach spans psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, psychodrama, and mindfulness based treatment. Together we will create a path that will allow you to move forward towards your values and goals.
