I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (161269) in Pasadena specializing in holistic women's and couple's therapy. I work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, parenting difficulties, and relationship issues due to family of origin wounds and attachment challenges. Daily struggles may show up as uncertainty with friends and partners, self-doubt, and self-limiting beliefs that hold you back from your potential. In collaboration, we rebuild emotional safety, discover clarity, and create meaningful connection. I support clients holistically, using a tailored approach which often includes, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, CBT, Somatic Work, Mindfulness, IFS, and Psychotherapy with Horses (Equine Therapy). Together we work towards emotional regulation, healing, and rebuilding fulfilling secure relationships.
