And yet, here you are anyway—with a glimmer of hope in your heart that things can get better for you, your child, and your family. I am passionate about helping children, adults, and families heal from trauma, strengthen connections, and develop resilience. My approach is playful, attachment-focused, strengths-based, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people are doing the best they can. Using evidence-based approaches, we will create a personalized therapy experience to target the areas where you hope to grow.
