I’m a compassionate therapist specializing in children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. I support clients with anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns while helping them build confidence and emotional resilience. With experience in community mental health, play therapy, and school counseling, I bring both expertise and empathy to each session. I collaborate closely with parents of young children and teens to strengthen communication and create consistent, nurturing environments. I especially enjoy working with young adults as they navigate independence, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I specialize in play therapy for kids, using evidence-based expressive interventions to support emotional regulation, coping skills, and behavioral concerns. I provide developmentally informed therapy for teens and adults, including treatment for high-risk behaviors, anxiety, mood concerns, with focus on decision-making, coping skills and family functioning.
