Welcome! I have been licensed for over 29 years and have experience with a wide range of common developmental and psychological concerns faced by individuals, couples, and families. I am a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist and a Gottman Level 1 trainer. I am also a Registered Play Therapist and especially enjoy working with children aged 2-7. Clients can expect me to take a caring, culturally sensitive, and strengths focus with a collaborative treatment approach. I frequently use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy with my clients, however, I will adapt my approach to best meet client needs.
