You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’ve been living in survival mode for far too long — pushing through anxiety, depression, grief, past trauma, or relationship wounds while quietly wondering when it will finally feel easier to breathe. All of these burdens can leave you feeling disconnected, or overwhelmed. I help adults and teens to gently untangle so they can reconnect with themselves and others.
