After many years of working in home health as a medical social worker I have become a trauma therapist specializing working with seniors with high medical acuity. My approach is very holistic and works at the pace that the client is most comfortable. Grief, pain, trauma and transitional changes as we age all play a component in our overall well-being especially our mental health. Having traveled extensively has provided a world view which I am able to incorporate in working with my elders. I'm a firm believer that everybody has the capacity to change.
