I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Massachusetts working with people making change in their life. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, executive function problems, parenting problems, ADHD and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I strive to make the therapy experience positive respectful and safe. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and we will work together to identify your goals and make a plan to achieve them.
