Hi! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) base in Massachusetts . I received my Masters from Salem State University and have been practicing for over 11 years. I help adults struggling with stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, executive function problems, parenting problems, ADHD and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
