I have spent many years supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, using a variety of approaches including CBT and DBT. Together, we can build coping skills that not only reduce anxiety but also help you feel more grounded and confident in daily life. I am also deeply passionate about working with individuals experiencing grief in its many forms—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a divorce, a career change, or any major life transition. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you feel supported as you move through these challenges.
