Hi, all! I’m excited to expand my work into private practice while also continuing to spend some of my time serving children and families through a non-profit organization supporting lower socioeconomic communities. This work has deepened my appreciation for the resilience, strength, and potential within every child and family. I am passionate about helping youth navigate the many challenges of growing up in our present world. I work primarily with children and adolescence (ages 4–18) addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and family or school-related stress.
