Building trust is the foundation of my work as a therapist. With over five years of experience across outpatient, school-based, and clinical settings, I understand that many clients enter therapy feeling unsure or guarded. My training in TF-CBT, EMDR for Kids, TBRI, CBT, and Attachment-Based Therapy allows me to meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels safe. I focus on empathy, consistency, and collaboration to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
