I've been counseling for over 20 years, working with a diversity of clients various issues but not limited to those with addiction, codependency, self-esteem, low motivation, anxiety, depression and racial inequalities as well, just to name a few. I enjoy working with client as they take this courageous journey to finding some different and better coping skills. I also love working with client as they begin to gain more insight into the past trauma and ways to changing their tomorrows. I have a passion of working with clients on looking at levels of forgiveness, breaking down past shame and guilt that one may still be suffering.
