I understand that seeking counseling can be intimidating and may create many fears. This is why it is important to me to provide a safe, caring and nonjudgmental environment. I appreciate client's efforts and attempts to help themselves and I'm proud to be part of that process. I invite each client to be involved in the process of goal setting and treatment planning, which is specifically designed to each individual, based on their symptoms, needs and past experiences. Therapy is a process during which I address not only your symptoms but also any additional life stressors and challenges.
