I have over 25 years of experience helping others gain skills to manage the hardships of life. My mission is to facilitate personal growth through healing, to assist in finding balance, setting and meeting goals, and exploring ways to cope. I work collaboratively with clients to help them obtain the empowerment, skills, and techniques required to gain better control over how they manage their lives.
